An MP3 format and better read for punctuations.

I really have no suggestions.. for it's reasonable price it's really a super Text to Speech.. WAV is okay but not as popular as MP3 so that's my take. Also it sounds a bit mechanical (of course it does) but where it can relate to punctuation this would definitely make it more human like.
